KNITTING
We have state of the art Knitting Facility
We have state of the art Knitting Facility (Circular and Flat Knitting) to accommodate the production requriements with the help of latest technology and experience. We have a varied capacity from 7 Gauge to 28 Gauge machines that produce single & double-knit fabrics. Afull range of knitting machines which enable us to produce all types of knitted fabrics included Jersey, Pique, Stripers, Waffles, Terry, Interlock, Jacquard and full range of ribs including French rib in cotton abd cotton blends and synthetic.
DYEING
Our company aims to dye modern and vibrant colors for our customers with the state of art technology and a high skilled team. We work throughout the day to meet our customers requirement and deliver sustainability, quality and consistency.
CUTTING
Our Cutting unit is working under the supervision of skilled managers and well-equipped latest machinery and software for pattern designing and grading. Once the fabric is in-house it is randomly checked and after cutting all the panels are checked and numbered in order to reduce the margin of errors and to improve the quality.
EMBROIDERY
We have extensive range of Embroidery Machines giving us the capability to produce many designs from Rope, Sequence, Chenille. We provide simplest to the complex designs and enable us to cope with the quick turnaround on both small and large volume.
PRINTING
We have printing development where we have the facility of Screen Printing, Flocking, Plastisol, Aqua, Rubber, Spot Process, HD, 3D, Rotary, Heat Transfer, Deboss, Emboss, Digital, Sublimation. Our Printing department is well-equipped with automatic printing machines which runs through the different color scheme to ensure the desired look and quality.
STITCHING
AAA Apparel exports has different stitching units which are equipped with over 550 latest and high-speed automatic stitching machines. These units are capable of producing about 1.2 million pieces versatile garments per month ranging from basic to high fashion, men's women's and kids with maximum flexibility in size and color assortments.
SHIPPING
After the production is completed, these products are moved to a separate packing area where our internal quality audits conduct a final audit through metal detectors and ensuring shipment lot size on AQL 2.5. Later our exports departments carefully count and number each carton before shipment. Export documents are usually sent within 7 days of shipping.
